All Metal Detector and X-ray Inspection System test standards contain a certified precision miniature ball. Certificate number is visible on every test piece. Trace-ability is no problem! A copy of the Certificate of Compliance is available for free and can be printed off of our web site at any time. Our bright color coded highly-visible testing system makes it easy for your quality assurance team to track the different types of test standards used in your HACCP or GMP compliance programs. All our Metal Detector and X-ray Inspection System validation products are precisely manufactured using FDA compliant materials. Certified precision miniature ball sample is clearly visible and completely sealed inside all of our Metal Detector and X-ray Inspection System testing products.
	Miniature Balls	ISO 9002 manufactured ABMA ball grade 200 certified miniature balls are used in the production of our test standards. Miniature balls may be purchased separately if you produce you own test pieces in house. Click here to view material data sheet.
	Test Cards	The most popular and economical test standard used in the industry. Color-coded PVC plastic card encased in a laminated clear pouch with a certified grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 3.50mm. Used primarily with conveyor metal hazard detection systems.
	Acrylic Test cards	Our acrylic test standard X-Ray System validation cards are precisely manufactured completely using FDA compliant materials. Standard acrylic test card size is 550mm x 850mm. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 5.00mm.
	4" Long Test Sticks	Manufactured with high visibility colored acrylics. Standard test stick size is 100mm x 10mm x 10mm. The largest miniature ball that can utilized in our standard test stick is 7.50mm. Our large test stick size is 100mm x 20mm x 20mm and accommodates miniature balls larger than 7.50mm. Used primarily with conveyor metal hazard detection systems when larger sizes are required.
	8" Long Test Sticks	Manufactured with high visibility colored acrylics. Test stick size is 200mm x 10mm x 10mm. The largest miniature ball that can utilized is 7.50mm. Used primarily with conveyor metal hazard detection systems when larger sizes are required.
	1/2", 3/4", 1", & 1-1/2" Test Balls	Test balls available are 13mm, 19mm, 25mm, and 35mm in diameter and manufactured with clear impact resistant acrylic (high impact plastic). Color-coded imprinted with size, metal type, and Certificate of Compliance number. The largest miniature ball that can utilized is 6.00mm. Used primarily with gravity feed or drop through metal hazard detection systems.
	Test Fobs	Color-coded acrylic (key) fob with a certified grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed and is 1/3 the size of our test card. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 3.00mm.
	Test Rods	Color-coded engraved acrylic handle and 45.7cm (18") polycarbonate rod assembly with a certified grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed at the end of test rod. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 3.50mm. Can be used to test most metal hazard detection systems.
	Pipeline Test Rods	Acrylic flat rod assembly 3.0mm (53/64") x 10.0mm (1-1/4") x 350.0mm (13-3/4") with certified grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed at the end of test rod. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 3.00mm. Designed to be used to test metal detector pipeline systems between the pipe and metal detector aperture wall.
	Test Tablets	Acrylic tablet assembly 5.0mm x 10.0mm x 25.0mm with certified grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 2.50mm. Designed to be used to test metal detector pharmaceutical systems.
	Test Disks	Acrylic disk assembly 15.0mm diameter with certified grade 200 miniature ball visibly enclosed. The largest miniature ball that can be utilized is 2.50mm. Designed to be used to test metal detector pharmaceutical systems.
